What is Lite Therapy?

Lite Therapy allows you to use the latest medical research in phototherapy to help you treat anything from seasonal affective disorders (SAD), circadian rhythm sleep-wake/insomnia disorders, some cancers, and even faster healing of skin wounds and infections [PMC5505738, Pubmed ].

It's recommended to always turn your devices brightness to maximum, Lite Therapy works best in fullscreen mode (otherwise brightness is not applied on some devices.)

How to use Lite Therapy?

Simply select the preset, or adjust it yourself, and choose a duration (20-30 minutes shows the best results for light therapy). Now bring your device as close as you can, safely and comfortably, to your eyes, or the affected area. (Lying on your back with the device up to your eyes almost like a VR headset seems to work best, if your device brightness isn't too bright.)

Light therapy has been shown to be more effective when the eyes are open.


Most, if not all, of the research for lite Therapy and formulas was done on NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information). Bugs are possible as this is still in progress so verify your results on your own, as always.
