Re-Sleep allows you to easily reschedule your sleep times by adjusting your sleep schedule gradually over a period of time. Simply put in your current sleep schedule, and your new desired sleep schedule, and how many days you want until it's changed. Re-Sleep will tell the exact times for you to go to bed and wake up at each day until it's fixed.
How to use Re-Sleep?
Type in a number of Days until new bedtime anf how many hours you sleep for. Now, enter your current sleep time in Current Bedtime, and your new bedtime in Desired Bedtime. Click Adjust Schedule and you will see the new schedule for each day until your new schedule is fixed.
Light therapy has been shown to be more effective when the eyes are open.
