This is a simple way to keep track of chronic risks and to hopefully make better choices as you get more experience.
"A microlife is a unit of risk representing half an hour change of life expectancy," so we can keep track of out microlives and aim for a positive score to either add years to our life, or to save years from being stolen away from us.
How to play?
At the end, or start, of your day open this app and tally up all the actions you did. If you at 3 slices of pizza the click Pizza button three times, if you walked for 90 minutes then click Walking button and click on 90.
As mentioned a positive score is potentially time added to your life and a negative score is considered to be time lost from life.
The score at the top shows your 3 scores: microlives, hours, and years. So this way you can actually track how much time you have lost or gained in life over time (charts and history are coming soon!)
Most, if not all, of the research for Microlives Game and the formulas were completed through NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information). Bugs are possible as this is still in progress so verify your results on your own, as always. Feel free to reach out for sources.
All donations will be used to make similar projects.
